Tarek Naemo completed his business management studies at the University of Westminster in London, UK. He commenced his professional life with a career in Intelligence and Security. His knowledge in Real Estate began with investing in highly desirable properties in the UK.
His experience in Financial Analysis and Management would become invaluable in his pursuit of a career in Real Estate in the States.
Tarek utilizes his large domestic and International network to connect markets together and create extensive opportunities.
Having worked closely with international developers and financial companies such as the Qatar Investment Authority, and the Meydan Districts in Dubai, his knowledge of the Middle East markets are expansive.
Tarek is a managing partner of Richmond Hill Capital UK/US, which invests in and manages asset from across the globe, including local assets such as for DME Holdings.
He has became a Top Sales Producer and specialist in acquisition and turnaround of distressed assets.
In addition, Tarek has been involved as a managing partner of FINTECH Crypto assets and digital banking in DIFC since 2018.
Tarek is multi-lingual in French, English and Arabic and brings a sensibility of multi-national sales to the team.
Director of Sales
After completing undergraduate studies at the Pennsylvania State University, David Moore pursued a career in Banking. He developed a keen understanding of Investment and Financial Analysis.
He moved from banking to Real Estate beginning initially in Ocean City Maryland. This lead him to Real Estate Development Sales in Miami Florida. He worked for a New Home Developer specializing in primary and secondary properties in Central Florida with a focus on international markets.
David eventually relocated to France and launched an International Real Estate company specializing in high-rise condominium sales in South Florida to francophone countries in Europe. In addition, David worked as a European Representative for One Bal Harbor, Canyon Ranch, Terra Beachside, Fontainebleu, Highland Beach Club, Atrium Aventura and Aventura Yacht Club. He was also Director of Sales for Marina Grande on The Halifax in Daytona Beach Florida.
Now residing in Daytona Beach, David’s expertise in High-rise Development Sales, Strategic Planning, Marketing Management, Critical Thinking, Strong Interpersonal Leadership Skills, and fluency in French, David has become a tremendous asset to the team.
Jasmine completed her studies at the University of Florida, graduating with highest honors achieving her degrees in International Relations and Political Science. Jasmine utilized her skills to conduct research and teach in local schools in the UK and the Middle East.
She is currently continuing an education in Law focused on Real Estate and International Business Law.
She is the owner of the company ‘Kensington Concepts’ which has developed branding systems, upscale graphics, website design, promotional materials and full-range printing for various business needs. These networks continued with her to the Real Estate world where she currently is the Operations Manager at America’s Elite Realty and Richmond Hill Capital Management.

Jennifer Panaggio is America’s Elite Realty specialist Broker-Associate for Asia having developed and invested in many large residential communities in China.
She is currently at America’s Elite Realty while she continues to develop more residential communities and student accommodation in Orlando/Central Florida and investing in many of the top sports facilities in the area. She has partnered with her husband, Mike Panaggio, on the local top sports academy, DME Sports, as well as in the Daytona Stadium, Daytona Ice Area, the USTA Tennis Facilities, and more.
She utilizes her assets of a large marketing and printing company along with a localized Call Center to assist her clients with their professional needs.

Over 150 deals closed in residential and commercial real estate as well as mentoring and teaching new agents in the business. She has taught real estate classes in the capacity of Sales Director, specializing in new development and investment sales in New York City. Hildy has a passion for working with clients, enjoys every aspect of sales and leasing and considers herself a real team player. She is organized and goal oriented.
